Michelin-starred German chef Michael Riemenschneider is preparing to open a restaurant in Turkey. Chef Riemenschneider, who started preparations to launch his “Spektr by MR” and “Atelier Celine” restaurants in Karaköy, Levazım and Bodrum, will serve Turkish cuisine as well as international cuisine.
