London’s top restaurant chain M Restaurants offers its guests a special experience with 2 new employees after quarantine: Robot Sage and Bailey.

M Restaurants, one of London’s most famous and high-end restaurant chains, commits to provide a safe service to its guests after quarantine with 2 robots that it has started to work to complete the champagne service. Robots, named Bailey and Sage, will be ready to serve in two venues of M Restaurants, with features such as greetings and personal messages as well as drink service. Martin Williams, the chief executive of Rare Restaurants said: “Our ethos at M is one of creating ‘joyful immersive dining experiences’, so we decided that we would go to town and introduce a number of activations to celebrate the re-opening of our restaurants and to introduce some fun to our dining experiences, regardless of restrictions.”

Robots will serve their guests both lunch and dinner on M Victoria Street and M Threadneedle Street from December 3 to January 3. It was stated that robots did not replace any employees in Rare, who had to lay off 765 people.
