Chef Adebola Adeshina is bringing his restaurant, The Yard, which is included in the Michelin Guide again this year, to the open air in Castor. Opening in May, the 50-person restaurant offers a more comfortable alternative to the finedining restaurant.

Most of the seasonal produce and vegetables to be used on the restaurant’s menu will be grown by local gardeners in the garden right next to the terrace. Stating that they act sensitively in terms of sustainability, Adeshine said, “At The Yard, 70% of our vegetables and herbs will be homegrown and we use local suppliers where possible, which means that produce we use is seasonal and has low mileage.”
