Central, Chef Virgilio Martinez’s restaurant in Lima, Peru, continues to be ranked among the 10 best restaurants in the world. However, the ambitious project of the Peruvian chef, Mil Restaurant, located at an altitude of 3 thousand 500 meters above sea level, offers its customers the most talked-about dining experience in Latin America. Mil’s menu of eight corsets paired with home-made infusions like sun-dried cocoa nib tea showcases local ingredients. The restaurant, which cares about sustainability and product variety, is a laboratory that almost reflects Peru!
