The students of the catering and hospitality class will join the professional chefs in preparation and presentation at the same time.

The starters of The Suffolk Cooks for Ukraine dinner include St Helena cheese and Ossetian pie, pickles, salad varieties, and borscht. The main course is followed by a slow-roasted shoulder of Dingley Dell pork with figs, prunes, and apricots, or cabbage rolls stuffed with buckwheat, figs, prunes, and apricots. Dessert is St Jude curd and polenta cake with caramelized apples and bay leaf custard. The night, which carries out for a single purpose that the whole world is united, will end with tea, coffee, and chocolate services.
