The main course is followed by a slow-roasted shoulder of Dingley Dell pork with figs, prunes, and apricots, or cabbage rolls stuffed with buckwheat, figs, prunes, and apricots. Dessert is St Jude curd and polenta cake with caramelized apples and bay leaf custard. The night, which carries out for a single purpose that the whole world is united, will end with tea, coffee, and chocolate services.
