The new food tech hub to be built in the city of San Sebastian, Spain, was designed by BIG Design as a result of the architectural competition organized by the Basque Culinary Center. The Gastronomy Open Ecosystem (GOe) project, which aims to bring together all the stakeholders of the gastronomy sector, will take place on an area of 9000 square meters.

Located between San Sebastian and Mount Ulia, the Gastronomy Open Ecosystem (GOe) will focus on the development of agricultural robots and the prevention of food waste. There is no clear information yet on when the Gastronomy Open Ecosystem project is expected to be completed.
