The Antonio Bachour, the best Pastry Chef worldwide welcomed MasterChef 2023 on 28th of April in Thessaloniki, where he delivered MasterClass in the Cooking Workshop Consulting.

The participants of the three-day CWC PRO Pastry Chef Studies seminar had the opportunity to acquire the knowledge as well as the high-level and aesthetic techniques that will help them upgrade and develop their menus and Portfolio, opening new horizons in the world of modern and modern confectionery where the demands are increasing every day.

Who is Antonio Bachour?
Antonio Bachour grew up in Puerto Rico and loved pastry from a young age, spending his childhood in his family’s pastry shop.

He spent his early years honing his skills in Puerto Rico as a pastry chef, while looking for a new place to continue, in 2001 he went to the US in Miami Beach, where he worked as a pastry chef in a well-known restaurant.
