Atlantis The Palm’s Ossiano is hosting a two-night culinary experience with one of Spain’s best chefs. Grégoire Berger will be joined by Joan Roca, of El Celler De Can Roca in Girona, for a four-hands dinner spanning 10 courses. Taking place on Sunday July 2 and Monday July 3, from 7pm, diners will enjoy a collaborative effort between both chefs at the four-toque venue.

Dishes from Berger will include tiger nut ceviche, abalone with black truffle, and an interpretation of the ‘ternera al cabarales’, while Roca’s dishes will feature red prawn and citrus caviar, grilled langoustine with sagebrush, and dessert comprised of tobacco leaves and creamy vanilla.

One of the most creative and innovative chefs in the region, Berger was Gault&Millau UAE’s Chef of the Year in 2022 and, in 2023, Osiano is the highest-rated restaurant in the guide for a second year running.
