The international culinary conference Madrid Fusión will take place this year from May 31 to June 2, both at IFEMA facilities and online. Participants will be able to participate online for the first time in the fair, which will focus on gastronomy and sustainability-oriented chefs.

At the prestigious food fair Madrid Fusión, which has been held for 19 years, the following chefs will be present as speakers: Angel León, Ricard Camarena, Ignacio Echapresto, and Xavier Pellicer from Spain, as well as international names such as Flynn McGarry, Joshua Niland, Davide Caranchini and Juan Luis Martinez. The program of the food fair is expected to be announced soon.
