Chef Calum Franklin announced on his Instagram account that he will be leaving Holborn Dining Room after eight years of adventure. Stating that he made such a decision to focus on new projects, Franklin said, “Letting go of something you have cared for deeply is never going to be easy but after almost nine years it’s time for a big change.”

Joining the Holborn Dining Room in 2014, Franklin greatly contributed to Rosewood Hotel’s place on the gastronomic map. The famous chef also manages The Pie Room, which he has owned since 2018.
