3 Michelin-starred Sergio Herman continues his work for his new restaurants, which will open on June 14 in Antwerp, Belgium.

Successful chef Herman’s latest projects, Le Pristine restaurant and Le Pristine Café, used the quarantine period to prepare for the opening. The celebrity chef, who promises a different concept than he has always used, offers a restaurant with an impressive interior that creates an international quality with its contemporary and stylish vibe. The kitchen of Le Pristine restaurant will offer a unique mix of tradition and innovation, with an extensive and perfectly matched, well-balanced wine list. Sergio’s Zeeland origins are reflected in the fish and shellfish on the menu.

“Eating at Le Pristine should be a celebration. As a chef, I want nothing more than to make people fall in love with pure flavours, surprising combinations and the ingredients of my roots. Together with interior designers Signe Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou of Danish design studio Space Copenhagen, we rejoice in that festive feeling throughout the project. I immersed myself so deeply into every aspect of Le Pristine that I now feel a personal connection with every part,” Sergio Herman said, Food and Wine Gazette reported.
