One of Spain’s most famous restaurants El Celler De Can Roca’s pastry chef, Jordi Roca, will carry his bean-to-bar chocolate brand to Hong Kong.

According to the Hong Kong Tatler report, in collaboration with the Cupping Room Coffee Roasters in Harbour City, Jordi Roca’s chocolates will meet Honk Kongers on January 31st with the new pop-up. The chef’s pop-up will offer his luxury bean-to-bar chocolates, Casa Cacao’s signature hot chocolate and a mocha made with the coffee from Cupping Room.
