London’s award-winning restaurant COYA Mayfair is taking its guests to South America with its new interior design.

Bringing modern Peruvian cuisine together with its guests, COYA Mayfair opened its doors to the guests with its new interior design inspired by Peruvian culture in South America. The menu, organized together with the new interior design, will be a combination of Peru’s traditional tastes and modern techniques. Besides the vibrant interior design and new menu, cocktail menus are expected to expand at the same time. Sagrada, the design studio that designed the new interior, aimed to reflect true Peruvian culture by asking for a real Latin American spirit to step in, The Wardrobe reported.
