Identira Golose International Chef Congress held in Milan between 23-25 March finalized after 3 days of great presentations. Memories created by the food, kitchen identity, bio-diversity, social bonds and teamwork were among the themes of this year’s congress.

The list of speakers including Jose Avillez, Virgilio Martinez, Tim Raue, Diego Guerrero, Dominique Crenn and Mehmet Gürs, made their presentations on “The Human Factor: Creating new memories” the theme of 15th Identita Golose Congress.

In the presentations which were staged in 3 different halls at the same time, besides the thematic presentations in the large auditorium, the famous chefs in the fields of pasta, pizza, ice cream and champagne made speeches and workshops in the other two halls.

One of the unforgettable moments of the congress was the Italian chefs and ex pupils of Alain Ducasse; Massimo Bottura, Carlo Cracco, Davide Oldani and Andrea Berton’s simultaneous presentation on the stage where they prepared French chef’s recipees as a tribute to him.

In addition to stunning presentations, world-renowned brands add color to their stand and product exhibitions in Identita Golose and finalized the 15th edition with this year.
