Well known chef René Redzepi’s restaurant Noma in Copenhagen will be closed temporarily due to the pandemic.

Noma, the winner of Highest New Entry Award by placing second in World’s Best Restaurants 2019 list, offers the most visionary and delicious recipes of Nordic cuisine. The name Noma comes from Danish words “Nordisk” (Nordic) and “mad” (food) and it is known for having 3 different menus. With around 20 courses for every menu created specifically for different seasons, Noma guarantees freshness in all its courses. With its seafood menu, vegetable-heavy menu and game-oriented menu, visitors of the restaurant make reservations according to the seasons they are interested in.

According to a statement on its official Instagram account, Noma will be closed from December 9th and will open back up in January 3rd due to COVID-19 restrictions.
