The Roca brothers’, who are behind El Celler de Can Roca, one of the best restaurants in the world and continue the family tradition, hunger for knowledge drives them to explore the world in search of new products and cuisines. In Chef’s Diaries: Scotland, which met with audiences in 2019, the famous brothers set out to explore a country whose cuisine is little known in the world: Scotland. In the documentary, directed by Laura Otálora, the brothers take viewers on a unique trip, exploring the country and products, seeing new landscapes and providing pleasant information about the people of the country. Viewers go on a journey with special names who give many clues about Scotland’s gastronomic structure, such as producer Ian Spink, who use traditional Viking cooking methods and Hamish Martin, who teaches the magic and mystery of herbs.
