World Pastry Stars, which will be held between the 20th and 21st of May, brings together the world’s leading pastry chefs in Milan for 6th edition. Under the coordination of Chef Iginio Massari, international chefs will try to explain how tradition and innovation can form a successful formula in pastry, based on their professional experience.

During the event, nine pastry chefs will make presentations on creativity and innovation from different perspectives. Olivier Bajard, Stéphanie Aubriot, Alfonso Pepe, Pierre Hermé, Giancarlo Perbellini, and Gabriel Paillasson, the creator of the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, will perform on the first day. While the world-famous pastry and chocolate chefs including, Sadaharu Aoki, Gino Fabbri, Nicola and Andrea Pansa and Enric Rovira will be on the stage on second day.

World Pastry Stars, in addition to holding the awards for Best Pastry Chef under 35, Best Female Pastry Chef, and Best Digital Pastry Chef, will host the Grand Prix World Pastry Stars: Best Pastry Chef in the world.
