SIAL (Salon International de l’Alimentation) Paris announced the winners of SIAL Innovation 2020 with an online event today.

Considering the uncertainty and health measures caused by the pandemic, SIAL Paris has been postponed to 15-19 October 2022 to guarantee an experience that meets the expectations of food professionals. However, SIAL Paris, progressing with the mission of staying in touch with the sector and accompanying the recovery and transformation of the food industry players, announced the winners of the innovation medals. Bocon’s “vegetable gnocchi” from Italy won the gold medal. Patisserie Des Flanders from France won silver medal with the “mini gaufres aperitives fourrees au maroilles”, and also from France Too Good’s chewing gum won the bronze medal.
