Atsushi Tanaka offers a progressive, artistic and dynamic cuisine at Restaurant A.T. Strongly influenced by many European culinary techniques, Tanaka’s style is inspired by molecular cuisine, French classicism, and Scandinavian cuisine. As such, Tanaka reflects a unique spirit independent of all categories. During his career, Atsushi Tanaka had the opportunity to work with star names such as Pierre Gagnaire, Quique Dacosta, and Sergio Herman. These enriching experiences have allowed Tanaka to build his gastronomic identity and to approach his interpretation of the great classics from a new angle.
