Chantelle Nicholson, one of the best chefs in London, will host her guests for at least 3 months with All’s Well, the “hyper-seasonal” pop-up she will open in Hackney.

Nicholson said that after Covent Garden restaurant Tredwells suffered problems due to devoid of office workers and tourists, the new project to be opened in Mare Street in Hackney was launched to “preserve jobs, morale & positivity.” For now, she will continue in a smaller, uni-functional where she can cook her guests things like marinated carrots with cashew cream and carrot top relish and smashed Mayan Twilight potatoes with aioli and sambal. She also announced plans to eventually migrate Tredwells itself to larger, multi-functional space.
