Michelin Star chef René Redzepi’s new book “Noma 2.0: Vegetable, Forest, Ocean” is about to hit the bookstore shelves. The book, co-written by the Danish chef with Mette Søberg and Junichi Takahashi, brings together 200 dishes that originated in Noma’s kitchen.

Announcing that the book is ready by sharing on his Instagram account, Redzepi said that they prepared the book during the pandemic period. The book, which is the product of four years of work, can be ordered from noma.dk/book.
