Multi-award-winning Michelin-starred chef Niklas Ekstedt opens his first restaurant outside of Stockholm. Ekstedt will open his new restaurant at The Yard at London’s Great Scotland Yard Hotel. The chef will bring to London his distinctive wood-fired ‘old Scandinavian’ style of cooking.

Ekstedt at The Yard focuses on Scandinavian cooking techniques using the very best seasonal British ingredients, featuring a menu of signature dishes, alongside an inventive cocktail menu and pioneering natural wine list.
