Justin Bazdarich, one of the famous chefs of New York, is preparing to say hello to the gastronomy scene with his new restaurant Xilonen, following his success with his Michelin-starred restaurant Oxomoco.

Bringing the cuisine of the Oaxaca state of Mexico to New York, Oxomoco received a Michelin star just after 5 months of opening. Oxomoco’s owner and Executive Chef Justin Bazdarich’s new restaurant, Xilonen, is opening this week in New York with new flavors of Mexican cuisine. According to Eater New York’s article, Xilonen is the city’s first upscale Mexican restaurant with a meatless menu.
