Tomos Parry, the chef of Michelin-starred restaurant Brat, has decided to extend his stay at his location at Climpson’s Arch, which he opened with an open-air concept.

With the opening of restaurants in England, famous chef Tomos Parry announced that he would not open his Michelin-starred restaurant in Redchurch until mid-July, but would welcome his guests with a new open-air concept at Climpson’s Arch until the end of September. Successful chef Parry, who returned to Redchurch with a new concept, where he started his career, announced that they will continue at the new location until the new year thanks to positive reactions. Announcing on Instagram, the chef said: “We are pleased to announce that we will be continuing our residency at Climpson’s Arch until January 2021. Thank you to everyone who has dined at the Arch and supported us over the last couple of months.”

Saying that the new project is not only open to take advantage of the summer months of London, but also increased demand, the chef said, “We set up the project to make sure we didn’t make any redundancies, to support our suppliers and to let our team grow and develop. We’re pleased that we have been able to employ an additional 15 people — this makes us very happy!”
