Hong Kong’s Michelin-starred restaurant Mandarin Grill + Bar welcomes its guests with a new lunch menu.

Hong Kong’s Michelin-starred restaurant Mandarin Grill + Bar will offer its new lunch menu designed by chef Simon Guthridge until October 27th. The new lunch set features the season’s best seafood, prime steaks, and a range of desserts. Highlights from the new lunch menu include chilled watermelon soup; violin courgette tartare; pan-seared wild pink trout; U.S. ‘WBI’ prime striploin.
