Josep Roca, Sommelier of El Celler de Can Roca, talked about the restaurant industry affected by the pandemic in his presentation at Madrid Fusión, the international gastronomy conference that ended yesterday.

In his presentation, Josep Roca said that emotions are a tool to improve not only the lives of the teams but also the experience of the restaurant in the gastronomic environment. Pointing out that every crisis presents an opportunity, Roca said, “The future of gastronomy lies in unique and personal experiences. “A future that already exists in our home at El Celler de Can Roca.”
