Identità Golose was founded in 2004 by Italian food journalist Paolo Marchi to highlight the best of contemporary Italian cuisine, showcase the culinary excellence of each Italian region, and honour the top Italian chefs who proudly blend traditional techniques with modern methods. The 2020 Identità Golose was scheduled to take place on March 7-9, but due to the outbreak, the organization postponed from July 3-5, but according to the latest announcement the forum was postponed again and the new date was unclear. According to the statement, the new dates are set in June, but it will probably be in the autumn.
