Celebrated as the International Chefs Day since 2004, October 20 honours chefs who continue to struggle without losing their passion in today’s difficult conditions with this year’s theme “Healthy Food for the Future”.

To honour the passionate profession of chefs and educate people about healthy food, the celebrated chef and also the former president of the World Association of Chefs Societies (World Chefs) celebrates the first International Chefs Day in 2004. International Chefs Day, which has been celebrated with the awareness of transferring the knowledge and culinary skills of chefs to future generations since this date, approaches these difficult days with the theme “Healthy Food for the future” from a positive and strong point of view.
