Italian chef Massimo Bottura will open his restaurant on the rooftop of the Gucci Goak store, which opened its doors in Seoul’s Itaewon district last year.

Combining Italian dishes with other world cuisines, the menu of Massimo Bottura is jointly signed by Massimo Bottura, Gucci Osteria Florence’s executive chef Karime Lopez, executive chef Hyungkyu Jun, and head chef Davide Cardellini. A la carte menu also includes Emilia Burger, the signature flavor of Gucci Osteria, and tortellini with Parmigiano Reggiano cream. The menu will also feature Italian dishes and seasonal Korean-inspired flavors with creative interpretations such as Seoul Garden and Summer in Adriatic. Gucci Osteria da Massimo Bottura opens its doors on March 28.
