San Sebastián Gastronomika 2020, which met the hospitality sector on October 5, ends today with its 22nd version adapted to the COVID-19 crisis, taking valuable names from each other as guests.

Starting on October 5 and ending today, San Sebastián Gastronomika 2020 brought together different events, online lessons and real-world experience broadcast from famous restaurants all over the city. The new digital platform simultaneously streams from different rooms and events and includes a digital exhibition space where manufacturers can showcase their products and connect with Gastronomika audiences, as in previous versions. San Sebastián Gastronomika hosted many names on the last day such as; 3 Michelin-starred El Celler de Can Roca’s world-famous chef Joan Roca, 3 Michelin-starred Martín Berasategui’s chef Martín Berasategui, iconic chef Ferran Adrià who is the founder of elBulliFoundation and Michelin-starred Asador Etxebarri’s chef Bittor Arginzoniz.
