San Sebastián Gastronomika 2020 continues to share a real gastronomic experience with the world with valuable names on its second day.

Examining gastronomy from different perspectives with different topics, San Sebastián Gastronomika continues to meet with the hospitality sector on its second day. Gastronomika which started the second day of the event with valuable names united under the title of “Post-bistronomic and heterodox Cooking using your wrist”, continued the day with many important names such as Fismuler’s chef Nino Redruello, Gresca’s chef Rafa Peña, Pedro Sánchez and Iván Domínguez and La Garrocha’s chef Chisco Alonso. Then, the world-famous chef Andoni Luis Aduriz made a unique presentation on the transformative power of creativity and words in challenging times accompanied by Harkaitz Cano and Manu Muniategiandikoetxea at the table of the 3 Michelin-starred restaurant Mugaritz. After the presentation of Zuberoa’s chef Hilario Arbelaitz and then a pleasant activity about the production of Rosé champagne, Gastronomika will end its second day.
