With the arrival of autumn and the change of seasonal products, Caprice Bar in Four Seasons Hong Kong has renewed its special cocktail menu. The new cocktail menu, called “Saisons”, is designed and crafted by the hotel cocktail bar’s beverage manager Lorenzo Antinori and highlights the features of the autumn and winter season. The cocktail menu, which is set to change every four months depending on the seasonality of the ingredients, is offered to the guests in the form of a sliding panel, and those who wish can discover the ingredients by looking behind the bar with the name of the cocktail. Cocktail varieties are listed from the lightest to the strongest, according to the complexity of their alcohol content and flavor profiles.
