The first underwater restaurant in Europe attracts attention with its interesting concept and also it’s visited by Sözen Organization Editor-in-Chief Gökmen Sözen. The restaurant in Norway is located five meters below sea level.

Under, which has capacity up to 40 guests, it presents views of the ocean through a panoramic window. The chef of Under Nicolai Ellitsgaard says that abot restaurant and menu: “I spent the year before the restaurant opened, working on the food concept. Prepared with fresh ingredients and original flavors are very important to us. At the same time, we want to offer our guests a unique dining experience beyond the existing comfort zones.”
