Flower Burger, the plant-based hamburger concept of Europe, will open its doors for the first time in America this summer. Flower Burger in Los Angeles, West Hollywood, which has a ghost-only kitchen to deliver, will offer its burgers for sale through digital delivery platforms.

The menu includes the following burgers: Jungle Burger with green buns colored with spirulina powder and turmeric, Classic Chickpea and Spicy Chickpeas with turmeric-colored yellow buns, pink bun colored Cherry Bomb topped with cherry and beet extract, and special Flower Burger with violet bun colored with purple carrot extract.
