Esra Muslu, who has worked with Nick Jones and Yotam Ottolenghi at Soho House in the past, is preparing to open her first restaurant in London’s Soha district.

In the new restaurant, everything from tiles to tablecloths was imported from Turkey. The three-story restaurant in Carnaby takes over the large corner space as it turns from Newburgh Street to Foubert Place. The first floor will be the main dining room and the top will be The Loft, which will be used as a cooking school and event space.

The menu will include appetizers, homemade dukkah and muhammara, as well as beetroot and the following dishes:

-Smoked aubergine with fried chilli
-Domlasi with whole artichoke, spiced rice, sour cherries and almond
-Oil braised feta cream with charred fennel and dill
-Baklava with green pistachios and rose petals

In the near future, the restaurant will also serve with a breakfast menu.
