David Bonet has become the executive pastry chef of the Emirates Palace hotel in Abu Dhabi. The chef had experience working in some of the most prestigious venues in the world, such as the Savoy hotel in London, the legendary French hotel La Reserve de Beaulieu and the three-Michelin-starred restaurant Troisgros in Roanne.

Bonet still teaches his craft at the Bellouet Conseil School in Paris, helping aspiring chefs improve their skills and techniques by teaching 40 courses including chocolate, entremet, petits gateaux and viennoiserie. He also advises schools, hotels and bakeries around the world, including Hong Kong, India, Macau, Morocco and Thailand. The chef will now showcase his skills and experience in one of the Middle East’s most popular destinations.
