“Today’s Special: 20 Leading Chefs Choose 100 Emerging Chefs” will be published by Phaidon on March 3. Twenty of the globe’s leading chef-curators -10 men and 10 women- have selected 100 emerging chefs from around the world showcasing a variety of styles of food, restaurants, and personalities. Among the “100 Emerging Chefs” is the Turkish chef Coşkun Uysal.
