Sushi master and owner of Michelin-starred Endo at the Rotunda, Endo Kazutoshi’s restaurant named after his mother Sumi, has opened in London.

Consisting of three boxes designed by Kazutoshi, “Vegan Box”, “Premium Sashimi Box” and “The Sumi Box”, Sumi is only open for a takeaway experience due to COVID-19 restrictions. However, the venue is scheduled to host its guests in January.
