Carmine Pecoraro, who has spent the last 20 years of his career in some of the world’s most luxurious spots, shares his experience with his guests this time at Conrad Abu Dhabi Ethiad Towers.  Working at many Michelin-starred spots from Waldo’s Restaurant to the Number One Restaurant, Pecoraro has been serving in the Middle East since 2003. 

According to Pecoraro, one the first things on his to-do list is to create a limited-time menu using locally-sourced ingredients from “Fresh On Table.” Fresh On Table, works with more than 50 UAE farms to source sustainable fruits, vegetables, dairy products, poultry and seafood, all of which will now be rolled out at Hilton properties.
