Helmed by Eduard Xatruch, Mateu Casañas and Oriol Castro, Disfrutar, the Barcelona address of the Spanish molecular cuisine, is preparing to open its doors again on January 13th, following the closure on October 16th, 2020 due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Disfrutar will say hello to the new year stronger than ever despite the limited capacity and measures taken within the restrictions implemented. While the two-Michelin-starred restaurant, which served with take away menus during the pandemic, prepares to open its doors, Compartir in Cadaqués is expected to relaunch in the second half of 2021, when the situation improves.
