The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands has announced the launch of its new authentic concept. Arabesque takes its guests on a pleasant journey from Lebanon to North India. The surprise detail of the menu that blends Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine is Turkish coffee.

With the opening of its new restaurant, Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands, which embodies the high-level dining and beach experience, will offer its guests seven different culinary concepts. Arabesque, which will be located in Fari Marina Village, offers shareable mezze platters, tandoor-grilled meats and iconic street flavors to its guests. Turkish coffee is also on the menu, accompanied by Moroccan tea and creative cocktails. Mohammed Negm Eldin, who has the opportunity to work with many Michelin-starred chefs and is familiar with the island culture, is in Arabesque’s kitchen. Inspired by Labanese and North Indian cuisine, the menu fetaures signature dishes such as fresh grilled lobster topped with a creamy tahini butter sauce and delicate saffron threads.
