Les Halles, the restaurant where Anthony Bourdain serves as the executive chef, has been renewed. The biggest change in the restaurant, which will continue to serve in Manhattan, is the change of its name to La Brasserie.

La Brasserie, which will be put into service with a capacity of 173 guests and a 6-meter bar, will also have a terrace for twelve people at the end of spring. Michelin-starred chef Bourdain has been the executive chef of the restaurant, which will host its guests with its ‘French-spirited’ menu, since 1998.
