Irish chef Anna Haugh is keeping her Irish roots alive at her restaurant Myrtle in London with her new tasting menu.

Haugh’s new tasting menu ‘Taste of Ireland’ reflects a 7-course story prepared with special ingredients from Irish farmers. Haugh, who embraces her experience from her time in Paris with her family stories to her new menu, conveys her inspiration to her guests in the most delicious way. Haugh, who has worked with Gordon Ramsay and Phil Howard, is bringing an Irish breeze to London with her restaurant Myrtle, which opened in 2019.
