Twin chefs Ivan and Sergey Berezutskiy showcase their culinary skills with a brand new summer menu at the Twins Garden restaurant in central Moscow.

The restaurant, which ranked at number 19 on The World’s 50 Best list, has become renowned for its modern and authentic Russian cuisine that emerged from the twins’ careful regional Russian product research as well as their own homegrown fruit and vegetables. The famous twins said on their Instagram account about the menu: “Expect bright, courageous combinations and with the unchanging signature of Berezutsky brothers … an abundance of berries, vegetables, herbs, as well as crayfish, crabs, seafood – all that we love and a little more.”

According to the Fine Dining Lovers, the menu have many unique dishes such as; Stracciatella made of Stracciatella cheese with strawberries and hot tomatoes and lamb’s ear sorbet, Mackerel made of mackerel marinated mackerel with Gazpacho sauce and gooseberry, Nothern prawns with green peas and fried chanterelles, grilled crayfish with vegetable rolls and tomato broth, fresh apricot with white chocolate and raspberry sorbet mousse.
