Before becoming Pastry chef at La Table de L’Espadon, Paris’s iconic Hotel Ritz Paris’s 2 Michelin-starred restaurant, François Perret had many experiences on his way to success, where he climbed the steps one by one. Perret’s career, where he started at a young age and achieved many successes, begins in a cake shop in Bourg-en-Bresse, where he was born.
