At a press conference this morning at the Shanghai Xijiao State Guest Hotel, Michelin announced the 2022 selections for Shanghai in the sixth chapter of its city guide. This year, the Michelin Guide has determined the best of the regional dishes by dividing them into seven categories: Three Stars, Two Stars, One Star, Bib Gourmand, Michelin Plate, Young Chef and Service Award.
