British chef Andrew Sheridan is opening his new restaurant Black and Green on June 9th. Black and Green, the newest restaurant in Sheridan’s About Dining group, will begin serving guests at Blackwell, just outside of Birmingham.

A modern interpretation of British flavors will be presented to the guests at Black and Green, which will supply the product from micro suppliers and their neighbors. Known for his innovative and progressive cuisine, Sheridan created his menu at Black and Green with accessibility in mind.
