Magnus Nilsson was chosen as MAD Academy Director who is the chef of Faviken, a highly desirable restaurant that closed at the end of last year in Sweden. The Swedish chef will programming and develop to the academy and share his experience and insights with the MAD community. Chief Magnus Nilsson will also work on the food system.
