Michelin-starred chef Michel Roux Jr. has launched an online cooking course that aims to teach the basics of classic French cuisine in a three-part series. Launched in collaboration with the online education platform Learning with Experts, the course takes students to the kitchen of the chef’s restaurant Le Gavroche in Mayfair.

In the course, where participants will learn about French dishes such as omelet soufflé, confit de canard, pie de carottes, and croquembouche from the successful chef, techniques for mastering classical French cuisine will be demonstrated. In addition, participants will have the option to receive feedback on their meals from the Roux team within Le Gavroche and will be part of an online community where they can interact and share notes throughout the course.
