Meta, the restaurant of Chef Sun Kim in Singapore, won the “American Express One To Watch 2021” award by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants. Combining Michelin-starred chef Sun Kim’s international experience, Meta has set itself forward as Asia’s most promising restaurant.

Kim’s international experience began when he took a job at Tetsuya Wakuda’s world-famous restaurant in Sydney at the age of 26.
